Extra training

three out of five items need to be worked on and two items are okay :

  • a fast and accelarating run up
  • a long and or high jump towards the tramplin
  • a high jump 
  • a jump with straight back and knees pointing upwards and legs closed
  • a stable landing - standing on the spot for three seconds


Pick out an item to work on. Ask classmates for advice.  Tick off the items which are more than sufficiënt

Basic level

Work on the last item to improve.  Ask an expert how to do this. Who is the gymnast-expert in your class.

Expert

all five items are more than sufficiënt and you also coach your classmates

Time for a new challenge,  next level.
