Run-up

Level 1

I run with a slow speed and jump from a short distance in the trampoline.

Level 2

I run with an everage speed and jump from a short distance in the trampoline.

Level 3

I run with a high speed and jump from a short distance in the trampoline.

Level 4

I run with a high speed and jump from a good distance in the trampoline.

Level 5

I run with an eccelleration and high speed and jump from a far distance in the trampoline.

Flying Fase

Level 1

I place my hands (and sometimes knees) directly on the box and I make a side jump without a turn.

Level 2

I place my hands directly on the box and I make a side jump. I do turn my hands on the box. My hips stay low.

Level 3

I place my hands directly on the box and I make a side jump. I turn my hands on the box. My hips are higher than my shoulders, my legs go over a cone and my arms are fully stretched out.

Level 4

I make a flying fase towards the box and then I place my hands turned on the box. My hips and legs go high over the box without using a cone.

Level 5

I make a perfect and straight round off over the box.

Landing

Level 1

I land with my face and feet straight ahead.

Level 2

I land with my face and feet to the side. My hands are still on the box during landing.

Level 3

I land with my face and feet towards the box. My hands are still on the box during landing.

Level 4

I land with my face and feet towards the box. I'm stretched out but don't stand still.

Level 5

I land with my face and feet towards the box. I'm stretched out, standing still with my arms up.
