Being lifted up from the reclining position by helpers:
I can stay in a stable reclining position and I have shape tension. Then my helpers lift me up a little bit and I keep my shape tension.
Walking backwards against the wall:
I start with my back against the wall, then I place my hands close to the wall and walk up backwards against the wall. I go all the way up without sinking trough my arms.
Throw up to handstand against the wall:
I can throw up into a handstand against the wall and stand on my hands for a few seconds using the wall.
Throw up to handstand on a mat:
I can make a handstand on the floor / mat with helpers to help me prevent falling through, but find balance myself, I look at my hands and have shape tension.
Perfect handstand with some extra's:
I can make a perfect handstand for myself without helpers and find my balance for more seconds. I can also do some extra tricks, for example walking on my hands or turning rounds.
