Effort/Motivation/Behavior (English version) What do we see during the PE-lessons?

Effort

Being on time is hard for me. I forget to take my PE-kit a lot and I think it is hard to do extra tasks.

Sometimes I’m late and forget my PE-kit.  they need to ask me for extra tasks.

I’m on time most of the times and do tasks that need to be done. I hardly forget my PE-kit.

I’m on time and I see the tasks that need to be done. The teacher doesn’t have to ask me and I always take my PE-kit.

Motivation

I think it’s hard to motivate myself for the PE lessons. I’m very passive and I’d rather wait and see and sit down on the bench.

I challenge myself during the PE lessons but only for the subjects I like. I’m mostly Active.

Behavior

I think it is hard to  reflect on my own behavior and the teacher has to warn me a lot. There is a lot of discussion about my behavior.

Most of the times I Know how to behave. I think it’s hard to listen during the instruction. Sometimes there’s discussion about my behavior.

The teacher has to warn me sometimes during the lesson or instruction. I’m able to adjust my behavior.

I’m satisfied about my behavior during the lesson and hardly need warnings

I’m very proud of my behavior during the lessons. I never need warnings and I speak to my classmates about how they can improve their behavior.
