How good can you throw and catch a tennis ball?

Throwing the ball

I hold the ball with 3-4 fingers. 

The ball is released in the direction of the receiver.

I can throw the ball with a bow to the receiver. 

I can throw the ball in a straight line to the receiver. 

I can throw the ball in a straight line over a distance of 20 meters or more in the direction of the receiver.  

Movement of the arm

My arm moves from the back to front in the direction of the receiver. 

My hand starts behind my shoulder. 

I'm pointing at the ball after I released it.

My elbow starts as far as possible behind my shoulder.

I'm pointing at the ball that flies at the direction of the receiver. 

My elbow starts as far backwards as possible and remains higher than the shoulder.

My arm follows through and the ball flies straight to the receiver. 

Movement of the body

My feet are placed next to each other. 

My shoulders do not move. 

One leg/ foot is placed forward. The left leg when you throw with my right arm.

My "throwing shoulder" moves forward.

I actively step forward with my left leg forward when I throw with my right arm.

My "throwing shoulder" starts backwards and moves forward. Passing my other shoulder. 

I actively step forward with my a lot of force and speed. 

My shoulders turn horizontally 180 degrees. 

Catching

I touch the ball with my hand. The ball drops down.

I can catch the ball without dropping it. 

I can catch the ball directly (without a fumble) with two hands. 

My hands are in front of my body. 

I can catch the ball with one hand. With my right or my left hand. 

I can catch the ball with one hand. With my right and my left hand.
